SLEEPWEAR

Buying sleepwear online does not need to be difficult. Generally find your correct size by checking the size of your daywear clothing. For instance a size 12 would generally be a medium across our ranges.

Remember you want sleepwear to be comfortable, if you are deliberating between sizes, we would always advise you to go to the more generous option.

Papinelle takes great care in ensuring all sizes are to Australian standards and corresponding to the size chart below.

MEASURING TIPS:

Measure the fullest part of the bust and hips. Keep the tape measure firm, but not tight and measure over your undergarment.

HOW TO MEASURE:

• Bust: Measure around the upper body, under the armpits and over the fullest part of your bust.
• Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist, and bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waistline.
• Hips: measure around the fullest / widest part of your hips.

These charts aim to help you understand your Gingerlilly size. To help you determine the best size for you, we recommend that you compare your measurements with those listed below. Offering sizing consistency is one of the key values of Gingerlilly and as such our entire team from pattern makers to designers, work closely together to ensure we maintain a consistent Gingerlilly fit for all of our customers.

Sizes are based on body measurements and not garment measurement. Boody recommends allowing a 1-3cm difference for comfort. If you are in between sizes, we advise going up a size. For Boody Lounge our products are crafted for relaxation with roomier fits. We recommend you stick to your current size or size down if wishing for a more streamlined fit. 

Returns

Bliss & Co. will exchange any unworn or undamaged item (excluding underwear) bought online within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to Bliss & Co. at the customer's own cost and risk.

For an exchange via mail please send returned goods to the below address. We also happily accept exchanges in our Berry store.

To allow us to process the goods as quickly as possible, please include:

• A copy of the packing slip or receipt including the order number
• The reason for your return

If you are returning an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Bliss & Co. will fully refund any item that has a manufacturing fault. We unfortunately do not refund for change of mind purchases. Please contact us for a return advice should you need to.

Shipping

Your goods will be delivered by Australia Post Regular Parcel Shipping at a flat rate of $9.95. Delivery is free for all purchases over $200.

Delivery should take from 2 business days and delivery times will vary depending on destination points. Parcel tracking will be available on all parcels.

Should you require Express Post or Signature on receipt, that service is also available at an extra cost. We do suggest a work address if it is more convenient to allow signature to be obtained.

Currently Bliss & Co. only delivers within Australia.

Goods damaged in transit

Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within reasonable Australia Post time frames.
